Building a stable care team is one of the hardest challenges facing healthcare organizations today.

Demand for qualified nurses, PSWs, and healthcare leaders continues to outpace the domestic labour pool. While funding and expansion plans are in place, the workforce required to deliver on them doesn’t materialize without a structured, long-term approach.

Integris Group is a Canadian talent and project management firm specializing in permanent workforce solutions for the healthcare sector. We partner with long-term care homes, retirement communities, hospitals, and healthcare providers across Canada to build stable teams—not patch temporary gaps.

Through direct hire search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and immigration program management, we support organizations in designing and executing workforce strategies that improve retention, reduce agency reliance, and strengthen care delivery.

For larger-scale hiring initiatives, Integris acts as an extension of your internal team—supporting workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and hiring process optimization through structured RPO and project-based recruitment models.

We also provide immigration program management and compliance coordination, including employer readiness, LMIA program administration, TFW workforce management, and audit support. Immigration and citizenship consulting is delivered independently by Braga Immigration & Citizenship, a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) firm responsible for all regulated advice and IRCC filings.

We are not a staffing agency. We don’t bill by the shift. Our work is measured by the strength and stability of the teams we help you build.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): For organizations launching new facilities with high volume needs, Integris provides RPO solutions that function as an extension of your internal team. We take ownership of the recruitment process so your leaders can stay focused on care; however, the final hiring decision always remains with you.

Direct Hire — Frontline Staff: Integris supports healthcare organizations in recruiting qualified frontline staff through targeted permanent placement search, connecting employers with candidates who are built to stay, not just available to start.

Executive Search — Directors, Administrators & Salaried Staff: Integris conducts confidential executive search for leadership and administrative roles, combining sector knowledge with a rigorous, consultative process to identify candidates who bring both credentials and cultural fit.

Immigration Program Management: Integris supports healthcare employers with end-to-end immigration program management — from employer readiness and compliance coordination to international recruitment strategy.

With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, and people development, our team of industry experts work with our client employers to help them grow their organizations by successfully sourcing, attracting, and onboarding the highest level of talent to suit their needs.

Integris works with applicants and employers to understand hiring needs and coordinate employer-side documentation and timelines. All immigration consulting and applications (e.g., LMIA, work permits, PR, study permits) are handled independently by Braga Immigration & Citizenship (RCIC). Integris does not provide immigration advice.

Integris supports employers with LMIA-related hiring readiness—role scoping, wage/occupation benchmarking, recruitment advertising records, and document organization. When an LMIA application is required, all immigration assessments, filings, and representation are handled independently by Braga Immigration & Citizenship (RCIC). The LMIA is a Government of Canada program that, in many cases, is required before an employer can hire a foreign worker. Integris does not provide immigration advice.

Integris supports international candidates and employers with job matching, interview coordination, and pre-arrival onboarding. All work-permit and immigration applications (assessment, document preparation, submission, and representation) are handled independently by Braga Immigration & Citizenship (RCIC). On arrival, we assist with employer onboarding and provide referrals to housing, settlement agencies, and community organizations to support a smooth transition. Integris does not provide immigration advice.
